25 (Realistic) Ways You Can Cut 500 Calories

Make the bed, sweep kitchen floor, fidget, pace, tap your foot
2. Stay away from nuts
3. Don't eat infront of the TV
4. Limit salad toppings to one
5. Use smaller 10-inch plates

So I'm guessing #6 means that ordering my tall Starbucks Mocha in a large cup so there's room for all the "extra whip" is a bad thing?!?

great list...i would add don't take 2nds, make 2 meals a week meatless and add 1 mile of walking per day
